Abstract

Purpose of work  –  to develop energy-efficient production line for processing of fodder and justification of optimal zootechnical requirements for production lines and the structural parameters of the working bodies in the processing of roughage for livestock farms of industrial type, providing the required quality, while reducing energy costs. This paper analyzes the devices involved in the processing technology and conducted calculation power equipment makes it easier to control the productivity. A method for calculating the parameters of the devices in the specialized program in Visual Basik package, which allows you to control the loss of electricity. The problem of improving the efficiency and quality of the products obtained with the use of modern control technology for electric motors.
