Abstract

Analyzed the operation modes of the electric drive of working machines in technological lines for production of complete feed mixtures. The detailed study of the properties of the devices included in the systems for preparation of feed mixtures and the ways to adjust work efficiency to reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of the original product. The paper takes into account the features of the technology and technical parameters of the mixer, and proven effectiveness, of all the possible management options that promising is a drive control with frequency Converter. During the study, the following results were obtained: high line capacity; the ability to control the performance and quality mixing; minimal energy consumption; optimal technical and economic indicators.
