LAND MARKET IN UKRAINE: FORMATION CHARACTERISTICS AND FEATURES
Abstract
Characterized status and characteristics of land in Ukraine, the efficiency of land relations problems by forming land market relevant principles formed lines, given the European experience in land administration and information. Determined that the implementation of land administration of particular importance is the implementation of existing normative instruments and standards applicable in the European Union, in the existing socio-economic conditions of Ukraine. To solve the problems of the formation of land market in Ukraine, ensuring its transparency and eliminate corruption component of the proposed multi-purpose cadaster as polyfunctional information system which comprehensively includes various areas of land use for making sound management decisions. It is found that in the sphere of land relations are of particular importance in the development and use of the system of land administration, which is the formation of land relations, in which are included all kinds of resources found on earth, above it and below it, taking into account economic, environmental, infrastructure, territorial and other components.Keywords: land market, land, state land resources, market principles, state inventories, multipurpose cadastre, land administration.
