CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM PROBLEMS HOUSING MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Today the system of housing management in Ukraine remains unreformed. The article analyzes the research and publications concerning the state and issues the industry Housing in general and housing in particular. The results of analysis of literature on the current system of housing management, led to the conclusion that the organizational and management principles of the powers housing maintenance enterprises is outdated and in need of systemic change. The authors proposed a classification of problems hindering effective development of housing. Problems proposed subdivided into the following four groups: economic, technical, social, and institutional and organizational. The main and most significant group of problems, the author's opinion is economical, proposed subdivided into the following types: market and economic investment. It has established the causal connection between the problems of the system of housing management.Keywords: housing, housing management system.
