ORGANISATIONAL AND METHODICAL MECHANISM OF FORMATION AND USE OF URBAN LAND MONITORING CITIES: CHARACTERISTICS AND TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract
At the present stage of development of the country there is a big problem on the system for the formation of land relations of the city. In this context, to solve this problem it is necessary to establish a mechanism of formation and use of urban land monitoring in the city. So, the study, the author suggests technological aspects of the implementation of the urban development monitoring of the earth of the metropolis, which include methods and models, tools and indicators.
