INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES’ ACTIVITY MONITORING
Abstract
The definition of enterprise activity monitoring have been given in the paper, which is considered to be the system of control measures aimed at effective control of target use of investments, identifying the real status of construction project and potential risks associated with construction. Monitoring algorithm of construction enterprises has been formed. Thus, it has been proposed that financial and technical monitoring of construction should be performed according to the main stages: monitoring of the preparatory stage of construction, monitoring of the initial stage of construction, the main construction stage monitoring, monitoring the final stage of construction. The necessity of information and analytical support has been defined to be the basis for effective process of monitoring. System of information and analytical support of monitoring of construction companies has been developed, which includes accounting support of monitoring and defining the parameters of assessing the effectiveness and reliability of construction which give the possibility to assess the expected benefits of enterprise owners and investors, and to predict the timeliness and quality of the project, which is important for customers.Keywords: monitoring, construction enterprises, information and analytical support of monitoring, reliability of construction enterprise’s activity, construction enterprise’s activity efficiency.
