OPTIMIZATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL, TECHNOLOGICAL AND FINANCIAL DECISIONS AT RECONSTRUCTION OF HIGH-RISE ENGINEERING STRUCTURES
Abstract
The article contains the analysis of the technical condition of high-rise engineering structures in Ukraine. The structures which demand immediate reconstruction are determined. Organizational and technological factors which affect the progress of the construction and installation work are allocated. It is proposed to use experimental and statistical modeling to optimize criteria of financial, technical and other efficiency under the most important influencing factors. The algorithm of optimization projects for the reconstruction of high-rise engineering structures in special circumstances is developed. There are determined special cases for algorithm to use which include formalization of optimal organizational and technological project decision, resource optimization and analysis of optimal investment strategy. Keywords: study and planning of building and reconstruction projects, experimental statistical modeling, numerical optimization methods.
