ANALYSIS OF QUALITATIVE INDUCTANCE PARAMETER OF PLANAR SYSTEMS BY A COMPUTER MODEL
Abstract
Modern ferromagnetic materials make it possible to design the inductive elements with high quality parameters. In the study, the authors were carried out computer simulations of the inductive element, and investigated its basic magnetic, electrical and thermal characteristics. The dependences of the inductance and quality factor of frequency. A temperature calculation and shows the main causes of heat loss, obtained by the temperature dependence of the inductive element for different frequencies of magnetization reversal. In the study, the authors conducted a computer simulation inductive element planar system using as magnetic thin ferromagnetic films. It is shown that the use of nickel-zinc ferrites makes it possible to obtain high values of inductance and quality factor. By increasing the surface area of the planar element temperature is low during remagnetization. Keywords: planar magnetic systems, inductance, quality factor, a ferromagnet.
