DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-EFFICIENT INHIBITOR OF CORROSION AND DEPOSITION PROCESSES SALT IN SOLUBILITY IN WATER ENVIRONMENTS FOR HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEMS

Abstract

In the article results of researches of the new inhibitor of processes of corrosion and adjournment of salts of rigidity in water environments for heat exchange systems are resulted. The results of laboratory and bench tests are presented. The additive "IXOL" to the coolant has a high level of protective properties that is applied to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and meets the requirements of a complex of methods for the qualification of cooling liquids. Additive «IXOL» is non-toxic, compatible with ethylene glycol low-freezing coolants and provides reliable protection of metals when using natural waters with varying degrees of rigidity. Cooling liquid with additive "IXOL" ensures the efficiency of the water pump and the protection of the cooling system components against corrosion-cavitational damage during testing at high temperature (130 ± 10 °C) in a volume of 100 hours.
