MODEL OF THE LIFE CYCLE OF PROJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS CONSTRUCTION
Abstract
In the framework of the study, the authors have considered in detail the theory and practice of implementing projects for the construction of industrial objects. It is proposed to define the data of the projects, describe the specific characteristics inherent in these projects. The problem aspects of the management of these projects are determined. The main stages of the life cycle of projects for the construction of industrial objects from the point of view of the executed work and necessary investments are defined and described. Developed cascade lifecycle model projects construction of industrial objects of feedback curve and investment, unlike existing based on a fundamentally new approach to data management projects based on logic procurement project resources.
Keywords: project management, specific and unified resources, life cycle model, projects of construction of industrial objects.
