ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPLY OF CITY MONITORING LAND

Authors

Abstract

Office of monitoring of spatial objects is carried out by various executive authorities, which complicates the organization of interaction and information exchange between systems. The purpose of the article is to conduct an analysis of the organizational structure of sectoral monitoring on the example of the city of Kyiv and develop a proposal for integrated urban-monitoring of land in settlements, aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of territories, taking into account social, environmental and economic factors. To ensure the fulfillment of such tasks at the local level, the territorial administration is called to establish monitoring centers - city and district. The city monitoring center should conduct monitoring surveys in the reporting area within the reporting area, and it is proposed to include monitoring, analysis, forecast of urban development and environmental situation within the administrative district with the functions of the district monitoring center, with the generalization of information from the city monitoring centers and conducting of field-level monitoring surveys in settlements, in which such centers are not created. Implementation of such measures will promote the quality of city planning decisions, environmental protection measures, elimination of duplicate functions and the maintenance of duplicate information resources in various departments.
