THE CREATIVE TECHNIQUES AND COMPONENTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT OF KHARKIV
Abstract
Mastering and Rendering of the Metaphoric Poetics takes a good account to expertise the New Urban Design decisions and to create the New environmental Design Programs in the Developing City. Thus, the evident tendencies of the development of the newest architectural metaphor have not yet touched the Kharkiv urban environment, which continues to be either in a spontaneously diminished, space of Tradition, or even beyond the boundaries of cultural comparisons and connections. One can only anticipate the gradual mastery of the region by new means of environmental design, - the extent of the strengthening of creative competitions in the field of new professional culture.
