THE TECHNIQUE TO FORM THE RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGY OF CARGO DELIVERY BY THE TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS CENTER
Abstract
The work has analyzed the current state of developments and existing trends regarding the resource-saving technologies and the green logistics on a global scale, within single countries and transport as a whole, which allowed forming the main purpose of the study. Analysis of the transport and logistics centers operation allowed to highlight the existing directions of the functioning improvement: determination of the rational amount of technical means of the centers and optimization of the service to provide with the transport and logistics services but without taking into account the conservation of resources used throughout the movement of goods, and minimizing the cost and time for the delivery of cargoes in intercity. It has been established when planning the production capacity of the system and implementing the transport and logistics services, it is necessary to coordinate the logistics objectives of the complex's operation with the marketing needs of consumers. The proposed technological scheme of cargo delivery by the transport and logistics center in the intercity, which includes the transportation operations from the shipper to the transport and logistics center, warehousing at the transport and logistics center (storage, loading and unloading, packaging, sorting, escorting, marking, cargo reception and transfer), transportation from the transport and logistics center to the consignee, taking into account the resources used at each stage (human and material). The process of formation of resource-saving technology for the cargo delivery by the transport and logistics center is presented in the form of an analytical model that takes into account the influence of input parameters and external factors on the delivery process elements and, in general, on the evaluation parameter – the costs of the transport and logistics center. The proposed criterion for determining the resource-saving technology takes into account the costs of performing all technological operations considering the use of resources of the basic transport and logistics center (warehouse system), but also another enterprise with the same technical and technological possibilities.
