DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPHERE IVENT-TOURIST ACTIVITY OF THE KHARKIV REGION AT APPLICATION OF 3-D TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The work analyzes the provision of services in the field of event-tourism activities using 3-D technologies. In article is examines state of using virtual reality technology in the provision of tourist services in the world is studied.

It is fact, that every year the number of tourists who use standard travel packages is reduced. Modern consumers are freely oriented in the world of high technology, expect a certain level of service. Today travelers are want to see video about destination.  Growing tourism activity in the world leads to an increase in online sales of tourist packages. More than 148.3 million people use the Internet to book hotel rooms, go for excursions and take part in events. According to statistics 64% of modern tourists are want to see the future destination. For modern traveler VR technology. It is stressed that using of VR technology in event-tourist activity help promotes development of the brand  territory. y is becoming a tool for a final decision So, today is one of the most effective way to attract tourists is creating 3-D tour.

In article is analyze the impact factor of using 3-D technologies on the quality of services provided in the field of tourism. The results of research have shown that the most effective combination of multimedia advertising tactics and social media based tactics.

The analysis of the use of 3-D technologies in the event-tourism activity was also carried out. Special attention is given to development this type of services in Kharkov. Described the services in tourism on the base of digital technology. It is noted that Kharkov has a technological platform for the implementation of these projects. In 2018, with the support of HODA and Google Ukraine, the campaign "Digital transformation of the Kharkov region" started. Thanks to 3D tours that create the effect of presence, can single click see the interesting places of the Kharkov region.

Taking into account the perspective of development of event tourism with the use of 3-D technologies, in article was proposed a set of measures for development this tourist industry in the Kharkov region.

The analysis showed that the use of modern digital technologies, in particular, the introduction of 3-D technology is a promising direction for the development of event-tourism activities in the Kharkov region.
