ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND SOLUTIONS
Abstract
We analyze the current state of the formation of the life cycle of urban housing stock considering its radiation contamination at different spatial and temporal phases of existence. The issue of rational organizational, technological and technical solutions to reduce the radiation hazard in the urban housing stock. The algorithm for monitoring radiation factor . Analyzed according regulated radiation parameters municipal housing facilities by multivariate indicators. We consider the characteristics of low-dose radiation on humans and the problem of management of organizational and technologicalsolutions to reduce radon risk at different stages of investment in urban housing. The proposed system is effective decisions during the formation of life-cycle housing to reduce risk exposure.
