SOFTWARE PRODUCTS IN THE TOURISM BUSINESS
Abstract
The article defines the role of information technology in tourism in General. The place of information technologies in the activities of tourist enterprises, their impact on the internal climate, and organizing and conducting tourism product. An outline of the types of tourist resources in the Internet and their influence on activity of enterprises. Shows the features of the creation and realization of tourist services. Highlights the key factors of tourism activities. The basic problems of identifying technologies that are applied in tourism. Describes the principles of processing the information received from different sources. Decided that online space is the most information, which is necessary for travel companies.
