DETERMINATION OF RATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CHANNELSLEVELS FOR STATE ENTERPRISE “ARTYOMSOL”

Abstract

Organization of the effective supply chain system is the priority target for each factory or enterprise. In this case the structure of the distribution channel must be based on costs for general material flow management. The parameters of material flow such as frequency of delivery, power of flow, quantity of the end-consumers and region service volume make the significant influence on structure of distribution channel. It can be constructed with or without warehouses. However, in spite of existing approaches to rational distribution channel determination and grounding the warehouses usage in article it is proposed to take into account the difference between transportation technologies that are used in channels of the first and the second levels. According to that in articles it is proposed the simulation method based on mathematical modelling and extreme experiment conducting. As a result it has been obtained the extreme volume of material flow orders which allows forming the distribution channel with maximum profit.
