The scientific article explores the relevance of enterprises using information and analytical management support.
Safe-oriented management of a construction company carries the potential to ensure its competitiveness and economic stability, increase the dynamism of its development and the ability to respond in a timely manner to possible threats and risks.
The aim of the study is to consider the main issues of the implementation of information and analytical support, as the basis for a safely oriented management of construction enterprises.
The article emphasizes that the leadership of each enterprise should understand the need for information management in the process of carrying out activities, since it is the quality of management of information resources that determines the efficiency of use and development of other enterprise resources.
The authors of the article emphasize that in the process of implementing a safe-oriented management with the help of information, management receives information about the internal state of the enterprise and about processes occurring from outside the enterprise.
The article analyzes the list of the main information flows in the system for providing a safely oriented management of a construction enterprise.
The authors of the article give their definition: information and analytical support is a combination of technical, software, technological tools, indicators and methods, which is the basis of safe-oriented management and which ensures the adoption of optimal management decisions through the rational use of information resources and information technologies.
The article proves that the quality and validity of information and analytical support directly affects the effectiveness of the implementation of a safe-oriented enterprise management, allows for an effective competition policy, optimize production resources, and minimize risk factors of external and internal impact. Also, information and analytical support allows you to develop measures for timely response to changes in external political, economic, social factors, as well as analyze the potential of the enterprise for the possible expansion of its activities.
The purpose of the information component of information and analytical support is the formation of a sufficient collection of materials and information regarding the environment of the enterprise, as well as their high-quality analytical processing.
