Abstract

An analysis and selection of approaches to finding promising locations for new beer production facilities is underway. The result of the work is a methodology for researching investment-attractive areas on the example of finding a place for the development of beer production. The obtained model allows conducting an analysis of the territory according to all criteria and environmental standards for the study of investment attractiveness. The development of the research methodology is based on the use of the main software product ArcGIS 10.5 from ESRI (USA).

The huge amount of diverse and expensive information received by different methods from different sources must be used effectively. To do this, first of all, you need to submit this information in a visual and accessible form for review, which allows you to quickly identify its most important components for further analysis and making grounded decisions.

Investment-attractive land plots are best reflected on the geographical map of the city and its area. Therefore, the most visible and concurrent presentation and analysis of the indicated information can be performed only with the help of modern geographic information systems.

Investment attractiveness of land for the last century has been the subject of scientific research. In the writings of foreign and native authors, much attention is paid to the study of many issues of rational use of land resources through attracting investment.

A methodology was developed for constructing a conceptual model for finding investment-attractive territory for the construction of new beer production facilities.

As a result of the use of this model, a map of investment-attractive terrain for such construction in Ukraine was built.

On the basis of the work, the first step was taken to further create models of location of investment-attractive territories. The developed methodology is economically viable and can be used further in realization of real large-scale projects on creation of maps of investment attractiveness of territories.
