MODERN LAND MANAGEMENT AND CADASTRE OF UKRAINE: PROBLEMS, PERSPECTIVES AND MAIN DIRECTIONS
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is the development of research issues for land resources of Ukraine and search of ways of improvement of modern approaches to land management decisions. Determination methods of rational use of land Fund of Ukraine. Studies of the processes occurring in the land sector of the country that require the development of new conceptual approaches to the implementation of the land administration processes on the basis of conscious analysis of modern problems of land management and cadaster.
The article investigates the methods of land use planning and land-new questions, and developed modern approaches to issues of land management, stimulation of RA-tional land use and environmental management.
Were solved the following tasks:
- studied land modern state of the country;
- the possibilities of modern approaches to rational use of lands;
- designed the optimal integrated approaches by generalizing existing ones;
selected principles and approaches after conducting the comparative analysis;
- defined approach that meets the modern vision of land management and cadaster.
The main results obtained in the development of this article lies in the implementation of specific approaches to land management Ukraine.
The study was further development of scientific provisions regarding rational use of land, promoting land management and cadaster.
