URBAN CONSTRUCTION ASPECTS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN CITIES
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study the urban construction aspects and state regulation of the design and implementation of projects of territorial development and urban construction for the sustainable development of modern cities of Ukraine, development of questions of increase of efficiency of use of urban areas during the preparation of PLA-Navalny projects and construction documents. Analyzed and mapped approaches to creating design projects for solving problems in the field of territorial development of cities. The analysis of the current state of legal and methodological support of the processes of development of territorial Fund of cities of Ukraine.
In the work were solved following tasks:
- investigated theoretical basis of the projects developed weave of the territory;
- the role of planning in development of urban areas;
- analyzed policy in the field of construction and urban planning;
- the analysis of town-planning relations in modern conditions;
- investigated foreign experience of improving the efficiency of urban indicators;
on the basis of the analysis developed on-right design decisions taking into account Mostobudtion and spatial characteristics of territories.
The successful implementation of measures stipulated in this article, will significantly improve project planning decisions of the cities of Ukraine and will provide an opportunity for their development and growth of investment flows.
The main results obtained in the development of this article lies in the implementation of elements studies of the effectiveness of planning territories of cities of Ukraine. Thus, the goal of the article is made up nuti.
