Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study the process of geodetic works for the drafting of land acquisition on the example of the linear object. The features of the development of the topographic framework for land use planning. The role of projects geodetic support of land management and analyzed the features of geodetic works to create large-scale plans. The complex of topographic field work at Aero phototopography renting and considered the order of execution of the kamaralnik works to resolve land management problems. The requirements for geodetic basis for surveying.

In the framework of the objectives and making land management decisions of particular importance is the complex of topographic and geodesic works, as the basis and framework of projects of any complexity.

The final result of the analysis of the materials collected are the following documents:

- explanatory note;

- catalog of geodetic points, compiled into a single system of coordinates and heights with the application of the revised schemes of knowledge on a scale that is easy to use;

- a summary map made topographical survey proposals using old and new works (only the geodetic framework, topography, contour load) and an order of reduction coordinates and heights in a single system.

In the work were solved following tasks:

- the features of development of topographic and geodetic framework for land use planning;

- the role of projects geodetic support of land management;

- analyzes the features of geodetic works to create large-scale plans;

- the complex field survey work when aerophototopography renting;

- the order of the execution of the office work for the solution of land surveying problems;

on the basis of the analysis the main components of the geodetic basis for surveying.

The successful implementation of measures stipulated in this article, will greatly improve the design decisions regarding the geodetic support of land management.

The main results obtained in the development of this article lies in the implementation of elements studies of the effectiveness of topographic and geodetic support for the development of land management projects. Thus, the goal of the article is achieved.

Keywords: topographic surveying, land management, geodetic data, geoprotecta information, survey network, a large-scale plan.
