Abstract
The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for the introduction of social innovations in the hotel business for the development of inclusive tourism. The dynamics of the number of disabled people in Ukraine and in the world in recent years has been researched. The main problems, hindering the development of inclusive tourism, are determined. It is proved that the long-term goal of developing tourism accessible to all is the creation of a tourism environment in Ukraine. It is assumed that the development of inclusive tourism can become a means of placing a serious competitive advantage. To obtain the benefits of accommodation, it is necessary to form a so-called barrier-free environment, which includes availability of facilities for guests, accessibility of transport and information accessibility. It is noted that special attention should be paid to the hotel's internal infrastructure and content at the hotel. The introduction of a universal design strategy requires significant changes in the design itself. The problem arises from the inability of this approach to be used by hotel companies operating on the basis of reconstructed old buildings. The implementation of the concept of universal design and accessibility and accommodation conditions for wheelchairs is considered. It is noted that the state plays an important role in ensuring the availability of a service environment as a guarantor for ensuring the social needs of its citizens. Of particular importance for the development of social innovations in the domestic hotel business is the study of practical experience of social innovation activities of leading hotels in the world. It is noted that in all hotels, capable of accommodating disabled guests, staff should specially teach work with this category of guests. It is determined that the organization of barrier-free space within the hotel complex will help to create a competitive advantage and attract a wider audience of consumers.
