Abstract
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for management of theoperating activities, rather than the results that reflect the results of activities, including the quality of management. It is noted that the management of the production process is a continuous and purposeful process of influence on the managed object, process, system in order to effectively use available resources to achieve the intended results. The definitions of management of labor resources, management of the labor potential of production personnel, human resources management, personnel management, management, and labor management are considered. It is proved that possible and necessary to manage of the results of the activity, including the quality of management. It is necessary to manage before obtaining the result, that is, to manage the activity in advance of the determined indicators that characterize the degree of achievement of the goals. It is determined that the key point in the management of activities is the creation of a balanced system of indicators characterizing the production activities of personnel; the results of all levels of the enterprise are interdependent and are based on the results of the previous level. In general, the result of the activity of production personnel is the creation of marketable products with a given quality. Managing the activities of the personnel at the road construction company realize at three levels: a separate worker (the driver of a road machine), brigades (sites) and the enterprise as a whole. The noted process of production management can be represented as a set of consistent actions of management personnel by defining objectives for objects of management and their actual state on the basis of registration and processing of relevant information, the formation and approval (making of decisions) of economically feasible production programs and operational tasks. The concept of activity is the most common and it is appropriate to allocate it as an object of management, the result of which are the results of the activities of the staff.
