USE OF ECONOMIC METHODS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES PERSONNEL
The purpose of the article is to develop practical recommendations for the use of economic methods of managing personnel of enterprises.
It is determined that the effective work of the staff is ensured by the use of flexible remuneration systems, the provision of labor costs, as well as the search and application of methods for improving the efficiency of regulatory planning and evaluation of the results of staff activity..
The basic stages of wage construction at formation of enterprise personnel are considered.
The importance of generating interest of employees, managers and owners of the company in the growth of profits and, consequently, in the increase of production efficiency is analyzed.
Various models of remuneration of workers for work motivation are considered.
It is proposed to use the experience of social partnership in Ukrainian corporations, which involves the introduction of employees' representatives to the Board of Directors with full voting rights when dealing with issues such as layoffs, minimum hourly wages, working hours, working conditions.
The mechanism of the organization of wages that takes into account fluctuations in the labor market is considered.
It is stated that in order to increase the efficiency of incentives it is necessary to shorten the incentive period (pay immediately after the works are completed), to reduce the period of control over the performance of works, to use the contractual method of work organization if possible, to use the combined methods of remuneration with the use of point estimates of the results of work, to reconcile personal results in payment with the results of the enterprise, create competitive conditions in the team to increase the incentive impact, bring to employees individual rates and terms of remuneration; to encourage workers free time.
