Abstract

The article is devoted to consideration of the current state and tendencies of introduction of "green" technologies in the activity of the enterprises of the construction industry. The construction standards of the BRICS Group are analyzed and international experience of environmental management in the construction industry is examined. It is concluded that the introduction of green technologies in the field of construction is already becoming a norm in Europe, increasing the social responsibility of business in European countries. In addition, concern for human safety and environmental protection is today an integral part of the construction industry in most developed foreign countries.

It has been found that the current scientific literature has provided an analysis of the state and prospects of the introduction of green technologies in the national sector of the construction industry based on foreign experience. At the same time, it was found that at the initial stage of reforms in Ukraine, the following circumstances were not taken into account: firstly, the need to preserve and increase the social sphere of society, and secondly, to search for new innovative solutions in the field of ecology and to improve the level of energy efficiency of economic entities. of objects. It is stated that currently only economic results are mainly used in the assessment of the efficiency of the construction industry, although there is a real possibility of taking into account the environmental effect.

The components of building environmental technologies and the basic standards related to energy efficiency improvement are outlined.

Opinion of leading experts, who note the limited and imperfect current normative documents in Ukraine (DSTu and SNIP), since their existence only adds problems to builders. This circumstance is due to the lack of knowledge and experience of specialists in governmental structures, who are not sufficiently familiar with the technical solutions for the buildings. In addition, Ukraine has not yet developed a national standard for green building innovation. Approaches in the field of environmental management for the construction industry of Ukraine are outlined.
