The purpose of the article is to investigate the market of lands of natural reserve fund. Considerable attention is paid to the research of lands of the natural and protective fund. The article analyzes the stages of carrying out the normative - monetary assessment, the surveyed category of land. The features of the lands of the nature - the security fund are determined. The factors influencing the value of these lands are investigated. Proposals for calculating the value of this category of land are given.The research of the land market of the natural reserve fund was carried out and the features of the assessment of this class of land were determined.The market analysis of the lands of the natural reserve fund was carried out.the factors influencing the market value of lands of the natural reserve fund in the Starobelsky district of Luhansk region are determined.The main results of the work in the practical definition of the normative - monetary value of the land, taking into account the group of factors that pour into the value of the lands of the natural reserve fund.The authors identify the main factors influencing the development of the lands of the natural reserve fund, which must be taken into account when calculating the normative-monetary valuation. 7 main factors influencing the development of lands of the nature reserve fund.7 main factors influencing the development of the lands of the nature reserve fund:1.
