The paper deals with the problem of organizing the information space of the QR-system of support of actions of the rescue and rescue units, which is developed with the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of the latter's actions in eliminating the consequences of emergencies in the area of urban infrastructure.
Within the framework of solving the main tasks, namely the formation of general principles of providing targeted access to the system of QR information support in the interests of the actions of the latter of preventing the consequences of technological and natural emergencies, the basic rules for organizing the information space of the QR support system are defined. The basic procedures are defined, namely the procedure for selection of target information, the procedure for selecting the level of access to information, the procedure for the implementation of target access and the procedure for providing targeted access to information, which is located in the QR-support system based on the interests of operations of emergency units.
The result of the implementation of the procedure for the selection of targeted information and determination of its level of confidentiality is the formation of a system of 4-level access with service restrictions of general and individual nature.
As a result of the procedure for implementing targeted access to information of the QR-support system, the principle of color identification of the level of access to information of the system is proposed. The impact of the targeted access assurance procedure is the creation of a governing algorithm for organizing access to QR support information, with the utmost account of the needs of ADCs at all levels of access to system information.
The above study allowed us to determine the next steps of the process of forming an information and technical way of optimizing the actions of emergency and rescue units to eliminate the consequences of emergencies in the area of urban infrastructure.
